Feedback please.

There have been numerous great submissions. I appreciate the care everyone has taken with the acronym. One blanket piece of feedback is that I don't like the designs that capitalize the "O" in "for" while leaving the "f" and "r" lowercase. I think it would look better if a different emphasis was used for the "O" in this acronym, such as a boldface on the acronym letters, or an underline. Thanks.,
