Can you please add an additional $480 on the project budget as the current $109 is quite too low for the scope. If you agree, I can start working on the high quality .psd design and will send few initial concepts in a couple of days.

Designs for this stage. I was going to pay for an IT person to put it together or try myself. But happy to pay additional to the designer if they can make it go live.
