Graphic Design Brief

Create a design for a mobile workout out a mobile app called Pronto Workout. This workout app is very similar to 7 Minute Workout. Please download or search for the 7 Minute Workout in the Play Store to get an idea, I will also include a link below.

The main difference between Pronto Workout and 7 Minute Workout is that Pronto Workouts are 8 Minutes instead of 7 Minute and Pronto Workout are created/demonstrated by a real human being instead of an animated video.
Please read the referenced Google Doc and install or go through the 7 Minute app. I am open to any design color. The app is targetted at people who need a quick workout but do not have a lot of time
