You can have some humour in it, you can have a figure of a Superhero and mention 'Honesty is not just for superheroes' You can also have a sub quote "masking the truth wont help, if you don't get it just ask." The superhero can have the IAM logo on his suit. Sorry this may be a little out of context from the one that you have done but i hope you get the gist. Thank You!
