Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a medical aesthetics practice or medspa. The name is Elite Medical Aesthetics. We are located in Tennessee. We are looking for something that looks upscale and high-end, to go along with the name Elite. I have a couple of ideas I have liked while searching, but am open to new ideas as well. The logo should not appear too feminine as we want men to come in as well. I have attached one image I liked, but by all means if you are inspired I'd love to see what you can come up with.
