Graphic Design Brief

Hi there, I have a small office space (83.26 sqm or 896.20 sqft) that I'm selling and I would like to virtually fit it out to show investors what the space could look like. I've included images of the office space now and I'm trying to get hold of a floor plan also. I want to create a space that is unique, stylish and different. Even though it's quite small, we can be smart about the layout and maximise the space as much as possible.

Whatever the layout, there needs to be a small toilet and open plan kitchenette area on one end and I'm thinking a glassed-in conference room/Executive office on the opposite end. The middle section of the office space to have a communal desk area either in the centre or along one wall with innovative storage either on the wall or if in centre of space, suspended from the ceiling. Because it's a small space, we need to be smart and creative with every square inch.

I may be totally dreaming here but if possible, it would be great to build a small partition wall to the right of the entry door so when people enter, they cannot immediately see the rest of the office. We can have a small reception desk directly in front with the toilet and kitchenette/bar counter still on the left.

I think realistically we can only have 4-6 work stations in total if we want to fit everything else.

Nice to have

• I would love to see something unique and quirky about this design. Light and bright, cool use of space and a stand out element that will make people remember the space. Design an office you would love to work in. A place that's modern and edgy and you're proud to be a part of. The space needs to look like a space that innovative, creative disruptors would work in.

Should not have

• Dark colours, out dated design features, any kind of generic look and feel. Only interested in something that's different and smart and functional.
