Logo Design Brief

I am starting a new program in my company and would like to create a variation of the 2 existing logos I have already. I am changing my company name from Twenty New Clients name to Agent from Within.

The whole concept is the Helping Real Estate Agents works on themselves personally as much as they work on there marketing. "The Man behind the strategies" is the theme. I want it to similar to the other logos.

I like the flower idea but would be open to see something Real Estate Agent Related graphic if it works in the logo as an option.
