CD Cover Design Brief

I have written a love song for my wife and had it recorded by a profesional artist. The song is called 'Everything' and I would like artwork for a single cardboard style cover. I am going to get the disc professionally copied (minimum) and I wantthe finished thing to look like it came from a shop. So I need a prfessional to do the design for me. The back needs to include the artist's bio and his picture, the lyrics and an little note from me - all attached together with the song itself which might give a bit of inspiration.
