Logo Design Brief

I sell real estate from the city to the suburbs I would like a design of the Chicago skyline and a home. Can be a out line if possible city of Chicago Skyline My current logo is below, my company colors are Black & yellow, I don't want to compete with them, I will like a compliment with their design. I'm open to changing my colors, however my broker will always be black and yellow, please consider this with the change.
