Logo Design Brief

Hi, I'm building a mobile app for fitness instructors, it's name is TINA it stands for
T= The IN=Instructor's A=App
I'm searching for a modern approach to have an extensive logo plus a small logo that would fit an app button.
I'm looking for something bold, minimalist and impactful
The small version (app button, could hold the tina letters, just some of the letters for example the in or could stand a bold iconic image that would represent the app/brand (usually fitness represents with weights but not here please), could be a woman facial shape or could be an abstract drawing, imagine it needs to be monochrome for instance red background with white lines defining the logo.

I upload here the color palette to use and a mobile canvas, the logos need to stand well in this canvas but it also needs to stand well in a t-shirt printed in large scale, or in visit cards as well as a website, but mostly also on facebook and instagram.
