Logo Design Brief

We are a manufacturer of cables and chargers. We would like to update our logo to a clean, strong, professional logo with a symbol that can be used with or without the name logo. We are currently using 100% Cyan and Black as our colours, but would like to use PMS 301 and Black for new logo. The logo can be all CAPS or lowercase or Cap and Lower. You can be creative with the symbol, but needs to be clean.
