Logo Design Brief

We need a creative logo design for our consulting firm. We primarily provide Human Resources related consulting services (i.e. executive coaching, leadership training, organizational design, strategic planning facilitation, new employee on-boarding, organizational effectiveness). The name INNERAQ is pronounced INNER-ROCK. When providing executive coaching to some of my clients, then I call on them to look inside (INNER) to their core (their own Rock). RAQ also plays off of my name....Raquel. And my nick name is "Rocky"...but my husband calls me "Rock (spelled Raq)".

• there's no need to include my picture. However, the system would not allow me to post without some attached image/photo. Thought I'd include my relatively recent headshot....it's about 5 years old but I look pretty much the same.

• cheesy designs....no silly cartoon figures
