Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer that will be distributed by letterboxing. this flyer will be offering free measure and quotes for supply and installation of timber, bamboo, and laminate flooring. The flyer will need to eye catching and professional looking.
The main purpose of the flyer is to generate appointments that will be followed up by a sales measure and quote team.

- Remove and dispose of old floor coverings
- Pre installation floor repair
- New floor installation
- Free dust and clean on every new floor installation

I have some design files, logo and stock images, the flyer must not clash with the logo and business card.
