Web Design Brief

We have an existing website that we ant to overhaul. We have a fair amount of content but are looking for bold design, graphics, lots of out of the box notions and ideas, really edgy stuff. We are a US government contractor really looking to push the envelope. We have some new logo options already completed but are open to new ideas as well. We want a complete multi page design and hosting preferably in AWS. We want a resource to manage our site, regularly developing and implementing new content and ideas. Would also prefer a resource who can also transform our web site into a full portfolio of digital and hard copy marketing materials. DecisionPoint (www.decisionpointcorp.com) is a US goverbment contractor doing cloud services, agile development, mobility solutions, federated identity management, enterprise network operations.
