I have just added this to the brief:
"Had an idea for a symbol. How about a dust cloud (like in space) swirling around FILLED which is made up of very small numbers, data and symbols we use on our site; bed, SC, OOH, Stars, £, ticks, crosses, months, days, hours, %, distances, times.. " See attachment

I am wanting to focus on the connection between buyers and sellers in the market place.

Maybe using bits (colour/shapes) to represent bytes of data coming together to connect into a bigger whole?
