Logo Design Brief

Need a new logo for my Takeaway Fish & Chip Shop. I have an idea of what i am after, just need someone to draw it up. I have attached a picture so you get the general idea of what im after. I want something realistic, Stands out but also easy to put on shirts, business cards and shop sign.
I would like the fish to be a Coral Trout, Spanish Mackerel or Barramundi, as these are the types of fish we sell in our shop. Also open to other options on what i can do with the logo.
