Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a mutli-phase PV solar project in Ahumada, Chihuahua, Mexico. If possible, I would like to incorporate something desert-like or Mexico-like in the logo, maybe the sotol bush (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dasylirion_wheeleri) or a vaquero-theme. Finally, it would be good to incorproate something with Catholic (religious) undertones into the logo (can be subtle), given the name of the project ("The Saints" in English) and the country (Mexico). Also, I am looking for a sort of hip design. Finally, the first project is "Los Santos Solar 1", but I also need anotehr of THE SAME design just that reads "Los Santos Solar 2". In other words, same logo with two versions, the only difference being the text

• A Mexico feel. I am not a fan that are heavy on the whole solar panel thing. I prefer something that is reflective of the geographic location and the culture of the place.
