There is now way that out of 300 designs you have none of good quality. And if that is true then it's only your fault for not communicating with designers...

I extended the deadline because there isn't even 5 that I would consider at this moment. And you know as well as I do that receiving 300 designs doesn't mean there are 300 to choose from, as some designers submit 10 different versions of the same lame design.

it's a lame design only because your brief has no specific information. there is no way to guess what you want, and what you consider lame. you have a pool of creative people that you give no info to, but expect wonders. Communication is the KEY!

I was hoping designers would come up with something professional on their own with the direction given in the brief. since I'm not a designer. But I consider smiley faces, thumbs up, and hearts with hands holding them lame for a realty logo. If you saw the hundred designs I've received with those items from bangladesh, india, singapore, and malaysia, I'm pretty sure you would agree they are lame.
I'm sorry if you were offended by me not choosing your first design. But if you re-design your green stock market arrows into a house or something else, then maybe it would be in the running. I liked your font.

Hi i just found out about your project, im about to pass before but since you add 5 days into it i would start making my design for your. I believe you'd love my design. Are you looking for Wordmark (word only) logo? or should i make some kind of symbol + word?.
