Logo Design Brief

I'm a consultant in private practice who has relied on word of mouth for business, finally awakened to the necessity for a creative logo and website. I'm starting with the logo. My business is executive development: individual assessment and coaching to help them be more effective leading others, leading teams, leading organizational change. My clients are typically mid to senior level managers and small business owners. I plan to start referring to myself as Dick Hinton, the Executive Whisperer so my logo should contain this. Perhaps a new "type treatment" rather than an image? I AM my product. My logo should appeal especially to leaders in age range mid 30's to 60's. Should communicate safety, confidentiality, increased self-awareness/discovering 'blind spots', personal growth and effectiveness, .
