I'm sorry, making the payment guaranteed simply means that if we are not happy with any of the designs, we still need to select one to pay. We aren't prepared to pay for a logo that we will not be happy using to market our brand. This should have no reflection upon whether you submit a design or not. If we love it, then you'll win.
