Logo Design Brief

I have a real estate team and I'm tired of my dark heavy logo that is very cookie cutter like everyone else's logo in this business. I don't like the little house shaped logos. I'm tending to like the clean light logos that are simple. My team name is The Ringer Group. I've attached a few logos I like. I no longer need the "buy sell invest" in my current logo either. I'm with Keller Williams and their colors are white, red (Patone 200), light gray (atone 424), and black on their marketing pieces and I'd like to stay with that. Probably a white background. Some of the pieces I have attached, have more of a skinnier font that I like but I'm open to suggestions. I really like the attached file that has "KW I Heyl Group" I love the font, colors, and how KW is in there too. Thank you for everyone's efforts.
