Many amputees we are helping in rural Nepal are given little to no education on how to properly care for their prosthesis or seek help when it requires servicing.
Many are also illiterate and cannot be given written instructions on how to care for their prosthesis and general health or seek assistance when needed.
As part of a project aimed at improving rehabilitation services for amputees in Nepal, our organisation, the Acts of Kindness Collective, are looking to provide a double-sided card with a total of eight individual illustrated colour images and minimal text to guide amputees on how to best manage their new prosthesis safely.
These images should be very similar to those which can be found on this site: https://www.wikihow.com/Care-for-Your-Prosthesis, however, they will need to be slightly different to more closely represent the prostheses and environments encountered in Nepal. More details can be provided upon further consultation.
We would like these illustrations to be provided in a high resolution JPEG format such that the images can be arranged and printed as needed.
Target Market(s)
