What size should we make the banner or banners?

A few things before I work on something for you. First can you guarantee the payment? Second do you know the banner sizes you want? Lastly, is this project for all of the 12 banners or just one then the rest will be a separate project?

The banner must conform to Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Each are different sizes and can be found online.

The project is for this first one, with the other 11 to come later after initial concept is approved and accepted. Payment is guaranteed only if we choose your design.

Could you please help me with the idea behind the "location" that you've mentioned in the description? What kind of images are you referring to, some specific landscapes or any other images that relates to your company?

The "location" that I'm looking for are images of locations that are identifiable with business owners and financial advisors. Not of LRS or of cities and landscapes. I want our customers to identify with the image and our logo be a part of it.
