Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my surfboard. I want this to be special because I dedicate this to my grandmother who recently passed away. The logo should fit in the deck (top) of the surfboard. It's a 9'4 x 23" (LxW) board. It doesn't have to cover the whole board. Feel free to choose the final dimensions. It also should be a manta ray/stingray with a polynesian design. I don't know if you've watched Moana, but I got the concept from there. When her grandmother passed away she transformed into a stingray. The color of the board and sample files are uploaded.
