just to avoid any confusion, i need a logo and a matching business card along with the web. i have mentioned that in my 1st post, but i realised it was at the bottom of the briefing. so i am writing this to avoid any confusion in case u didnt go through the entire thing.

a few things i were talking about with one of the designers.
1- on folios page, customer should see all types of designs "business card" "logo" etc, i leave it up to you how do you want to do that, hyperlinks, or a strip llike in DC. i leave it to your creative side. however, upon clicking any design type, customer should be able to see all available designs of that type, probably around 40-50 of each type. just like we do it here, small pic that can be enlarged. under each design, the designer name should be available as well, a button of "all designs of (desiger Name)" if the client clicks that, client should be able to see all designs by that designer.

2- anywhere in the website, the client should be able to cllick "hire this designer" if customer clicks that, customer should fill in a contact form that will be submitted to an email ID of ours, and only a notification should be sent to the designer email ID without any contact details at all.

3- Design of website and logo should be easy to easy to be use. clear, ELEGENT and catchyyyyy, modern and kool too :) i dont know how that mixes togather but anyways.

i am really thankful for the efforts and excited about this and i am sure that it will pay off for me, DC and designer with well paid jobs.

just that, no need for filteration by industry and no need for filteration by designer. just that, and each pic to have the designer name under it. and no need to navigate to a seprate page once it is clicked, it can be enlarged only.

we have successfully increased the budget, i guess it is a fair one now.
i really need your support iin providing a cutting edge design of the selected items. elegent and catchy. i need a design that impresses who sees it. thank you.

hi all,

a designer asked me what are my preference on few things in order to include it in his design of the mockup web, so i thought i should share it with everyone:
 
1- we need the web to have the spirit of people from Newyork City. elegent, modern, trendy  simple, confident and quite yet smartly dressed. ( are they? lol)
2- the fonts of the main page of DC used for "1) post a project 2) Get 100+ designs 3) Select the best design" are kool fonts. guess will be nice to be used lightlly in some places.the point we can goof a bit wihtout loosing respect.
3- Icons used in the horizantal strip in main page of DC are awsome, the idea of having icons for design types is kool too. as long as it goes with the design.
4-  the word "grow" is just awesome, a lovely direction too.  (http://nkdesign.com/)
5- another good direction: http://cdn.theatlanticcities.com/img/upload/2011/12/23/oz2/largest.jpg
6- home page, what have in mind is having the slogan and probably talk a bit about giving a copmany a personality through visual communication.
7- no contact numbers or emails anywhere except in contact page.

 we need "how it works" page, and it needs to be illistrated visually (icons, drawing, any visual ad of your choice) , the main idea of this is that we take the requirments form client we go back to our desgners (client should get he impression that designers are in house designers) and each designer submits a concept and then we select a couple of them that the customer likes and keep on revising till customer likes one of them.

last but not least, our website should open into 1st page of only the back ground and the logo in the middle and under it our sloga "personify your business" the writing should be very elegant and customer clicks that to navigate to the main page of the website.
