Book Cover Design Brief

I need a book cover A5 Size for a book written in Spanish which I will self publish. The title is

LO IRREVOCABLE DEL HALCON
BEATRIZ COPELLO
The title towards the middle and the name to the right towards the bottom.

The illustration needs to be a hawk with a woman hanging from its beak. I would like something post-modern and exotic.

I also need the spine for a book of 90 pages
In the back cover goes my photo and the bio.
