Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo/brand design for our agency. We are an agency that wants to feel contemporary with branding yet conservative. We offer a ton of online benefits that will revolutionize how employees engage with their benefits, payroll, benefits, time reporting, HR etc.

Two Attachments:
1. You Benefit Logo. This logo is too close to looking like You Tube logo.
2. Competitor Logo Idea that I like (Zenefits) Simple

Requirements

Nice to have

• I have 3 ideas, in no particular order:
• 1: Make the word "Benefit" into an open box instead of a solid background.
• 2: Put a dot for a head in the letter "Y" in YOU, as someone excited about raising their arms
• 3: The most conservative idea which could prove to be the best is a graphical representation of the letter "Y" in YOU just as in a graphical representation of a "Z" in Zenefits. Then use that them/art as accents for other parts of the website. (See Zenefits example)
• 4. Create any IDEA you want! Surprise me!
• I would like to have imagery from the logo that can be used on the rest of the website as branding accents.
