Logo Design Brief

We would like to tweak the font for this logo to have comparable emphasis on CUSTOM and STAFFING. We would like to see versions with CUSTOM STAFFING SERVICES and options with just CUSTOM STAFFING. When Staffing Services appears on the same line, the type has to be small and the emphasis is on Custom. We like the existing graphics of the logo and just want to look at options with the font bringing emphasis to CUSTOM STAFFING. The same font is fine. We like the logo other than the emphasis. Would like to have a finished product that can be used on billboards, banners, website, etc. Also would like a black & white version.

It is a temporary staffing agency and the target is customers, prospects and prospective employees.
