Logo design for a consulting company which focuses on sustainability, looking at opportunities in emerging markets (Africa and South America), as well as working with US corporations to expand their brands, strategize and execute their global footprint, foster and grow new business opportunities for existing enterprises and businesses, etc.

Requirements
Must have
- Phoenix (literal or figurative), rising from flames or something representing sustainability, or both. Sleek, modern. Something that would be able to be striking, appear as a logo on a wall, or even embroidered. Nothing with too many colors...I like oranges and earth colors...but if you incorporate environment/sustainability, perhaps green (or not...I'm open). I've attached a couple of images that I liked, but am not married to any specific vision.
Nice to have
- Something representing 'global'. For the phoenix, maybe have the flames tied in with the design of the phoenix itself, rising from something representing sustainability or the environment. But I'm open to anything.

- Should not be whimsical
