This is a redesign of the scorecard page within our performance management tool. Data for each performance metric automatically populates / pulls from other areas within the tool. We have a software development team who will build / reprogram the final product based on a selected design. If there are core elements being proposed we will carry those out into all other pages throughout the tool.

That said, we are hoping to do something spectacular with the scorecard page which is why we are reaching out to this design community. We would even favor someone who can think outside the box. Think data visualization. How do you show compliance at a quick glance? Colors? Icons? Performance thermometer?

Ender users are Facilities Managers.

Yes, it is a redsign of our current scorecard page which is within a performance management software system. We a hoping for something very different from what we have today. The winner will be someone who is creative with data visualization. The winner will be able to show compliance at a quick glance....I don't think a normal table will do that. How can we use colors or icons? A UI circle meter? A performance thermometer? or performance visula Colors? Icons? Performance thermometer? Sliders? Scales?

At the same time, we like a clean, elegant aesthetic similar to the "Apple" look.
