Logo Design Brief

We are looking to have a logo designed for our company, called Defense Leasing Group. We will be leasing equipment to law enforcement agencies like police departments. The equipment varies from bullet proof vests to hand held radios & more. We would like the logo to primarily have a traditional/conservative feel as a financial institution with tactical equipment company. The logo will be seen by more agency purchasing and accounting departments, not active officers. We'd prefer to use 2-3 colors max in the logo with the main color dark navy. We plan on expanding the types of equipment we'll be leasing, so a more broad idea would be better. The logo can include 'DLG' as the company name initials, but it does not have to include that.
