Ratings Guidelines
1 star - poor - low quality idea and/or execution. A poor entry.
2 stars - the idea is unoriginal and/or execution is below average in quality. A below average entry.
3 stars - interesting idea / concept with fair to good execution. A good entry
4 stars - interesting idea / concept with strong execution. A strong entry.
5 stars - exceptional idea and execution. A standout entry.

It should also be pointed out that client feedback of fewer than 3 stars results in the designer being punished with a drop in rating for that particular product. This means that some designers are reluctant to make additional submissions because when they spend hours working on something and then get dropped in the Design Crowd system, it makes the process unworthy.

If a design is not what the client is looking for, it would be better for all concerned if the submission was simply ignored because zero feedback is literally better than one or two stars..
