Logo Design Brief

I need an updated logo design for my company called Petrochem Transport. I am a hazardous materials trucking company (mostly tank trucks). I currently have a multi-colored design featuring an eagle, but I need to simplify the logo. You can see the logo on my website at www.petrochemtransport.com. I am looking for a cleaner, simpler look. The final design should communicate safety, speed, and reliability.
