Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a very simple design for our beach bar in Belize. We like the fatboy slim font and would like a very simple logo, but one that will catch the eye with the lettering. The colors we prefer are orange, lime green, and electric blue. We want to stay away from palm trees. We are on the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world and also a caribbean island
