Please keep in mind that the designers spend hours working on designs. Submissions may appear "cheap" because they are simply just not your preference or not what you have in mind. Us designers know that not all of designs will be the best or what the customer is looking for but there is still often lots of work that goes into creating these. Now that you have seen some submissions, there must be something you prefer. You should narrow down the scope in your brief to be more specific. Do you have pictures of the product you are producing?
