Logo Design Brief

New logo creation for a vacation rental property located in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We are a beach community visited by hundreds of thousands of people. It should be fun and inviting but not too cheesy. We are a private home (not hotel or motel). We are listed on VRBO and Airbnb type sites. We will use the logo for our leases but also help build a brand when/if we end up purchasing other houses so we can end up calling them Tipsy Turtle 1, Tipsy Turtle 2, Tipsy Turtle 3, etc., etc. We can also give t-shirts, hats, cups, etc. , as little souvenirs to our guests. So in other words, this will be the beginning of building a brand. The Outer Banks (OBX) specifically Corolla, which is where the house is.....is in a more nice area of the OBX....it is not a party, college part of a beach. It is more a upscale family area.
