Logo Design Brief

Design a logo embodying what we do. We acquire, finance and manage apartment buildings. These are garden style 2 and 3 level (not high rise) properties that cater to working class people. Our two sets of primary customers are tenants (which we create value for by building communities in which they live and offering them clean, safe, affordable and functional housing) and investing partners (which we create value for by providing real estate investment options with superior risk adjusted returns). Our core values are 1)Value 2) Integrity 3) Trust
The ’Emergent’ title represents our endless innovation and continual growth in how we create value for our customers. Like a star or source that constantly evolves and gives off energy to the atmosphere.
