Infographic Design Brief

I would like a info graphic designed around the Australian home buying process. explaining all the steps along the way and how it a fits together from the start all the way to settlement and when you pick up the keys.

i want it to be clear and simple. there is quite a lot of words and so the design needs to be simple so they can take it all in.
I have attached an example of one i have seen to give you an idea of what i am thinking as well as the required words

• there is also a hand drawn picture (untitled document) with a portion in yellow, this reflects a certain stage of the process called "cooling off" and it needs to be highlighted as one stage.
• there are also days mentioned on this document so readers understand how long things take
