Logo Design Brief

We are in the process of rebranding our cloud based software solution - Culchar. The name is a mashup between 'culture' and 'charts' and a plays on the word 'culture'. Culchar is an online management tool that collets employee sentiment data on important topics in the workplace. Please see Product Overview, Brand Essence and Target Market Briefs attached. Logo needs to be more contemporary (tech start up look and feel). A core promise of the brand is to create organisational SYNERGY. How do we bring that through in the logo? Our original colours were dark red with grey on white space. We now want to look at a calmer, trusting colour like blue.

• * 1 colour - max 2
• * Must clear enough to be able to be used at the top of a webpage
• * Be able to eventually create an app icon from the logo
• * Would the logo look cool printed across a shirt or hoodie

Nice to have

• Culchar is all about 'Synergy' between employees and management. A core principle is anonymity of the people who are giving feedback to management. We are essentially 'unmuting' the employees and creating a platform for management to hear employees and then take action to the benefit of both parties. We are leaning towards bringing out the essence of SYNERGY in the logo . Please see the new update 'Blue Culchar' logo to get an idea of what we like. The Blue is RGB - 0/108/170
