Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a business in Baton Rouge, Louisiana called KPG Group which is primarily in the business of selling Real estate in the surrounding areas. We help homeowners sell existing homes and locate, purchase new ones. We are not a brokerage but more of a team. Our brokerage already provides a logo for advertising thier brand. Our new logo will represent outlet team of agents. I wouldn’t mind if there was a phrase or “saying” to go with the logo but I have not come up with anything creative. Looking for the designer to add his/her creative take on a crowded industry.
