Logo Design Brief

We need a Logo for a Geologic Consulting company. We´re looking at the colors blue and the logo should be a little bit conservative as we´re specialized in the oil and gas industry. Our products are prospecting oil and gas reservoirs, wellsite geology, remote geo steering and consulting services. THe logo should represent the Name Bowman and refer to geology. We´re three partners and if that could be integrated somehow in the logo it would be great.
