Landing Page Design Brief

Need to develop a landing page template that can be used for ecommerce products. This template needs to be built in PageFly (shopify App) if not in Pagefly, need an integrated app with shopify to maintain the correct url. The website is www.winetimeclub.com. The template will be built using one product as an example. Copy and product images will be provided. the Landing page also must have "15% Off" and "free shipping" somewhere on the page

Although part of a website, I am open to different options on design
