Logo Design Brief

We require a logo design for our new investment firm based in Charlotte, NC USA. The name of the firm is Guidon Capital Partners, although we may sometimes market ourselves as only Guidon Capital. Our firm invests/partners with established small businesses to enable those businesses to grow/expand. Two of the three founding partners of the firm served in US military cavalry units and our name is a reference to that heritage. A guidon is the flag that is carried in the front of a military formation. We are open to color selection, but several colors can continue the military theme: OD Green, red, gold. The design should invoke the feeling of partnership and leadership.
