Logo Design Brief

I'm launching a vegetarian food truck in Denver, and need a logo design that captures the spirit of my mobile kitchen. Mu is Japanese for "nothingness," a time-honored Zen riddle to be meditated upon. My logo should consist of a disjointed circle and a simple text ("mu Denver"). A simple, clean and serene image is what I'm looking for.
