Logo Design Brief

Develop a logo for a new company that provides groundbreaking services. Heavy equipment that can provide agricultural services, septic tank installation, land clearing, road/driveway building, landscaping, etc.

It will be used for laser-cut vinyl to identify equipment (dump truck, excavator, etc) and on "this project by" signs posted where projects are underway. In addition, it will be embroidered on ball caps and jackets. Finally, it will be used for the website.

The design must be easily identifiable from a distance.

Requirements

Must have

• Clear and simple design that can be produced in a single colour. It will be used for laser-cut vinyl to identify equipment (dump truck, excavator, etc) and on "this project by" signs posted where projects are underway. In addition, it will be embroidered on ball caps and jackets. Finally, it will be used for the website.
• The design must be easily identifiable from a distance.
• Brand mark (logo) should have a rugged/sturdy/dependable personality.

Nice to have

• Image that somehow depicts a piece of heavy equipment (ex. dump truck or excavator) or project. Perhaps a symbol of the sort of work that can be done?

Should not have

• Project should not have a feminine look/feel. The target audience will expect a rugged/sturdy image.
