Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a restaurant in Las Cruces, New Mexico called El Sombrero Express (ESE). All our food is packaged to-go and we also focus on bulk party orders/catering. We serve chips, salsas, chile con queso, tacos, burritos, nachos, etc.. We would prefer black, white, green & red in our logo but are open to other colors being used. We currently have a sombrero in our logo, but we don't love that style of sombrero, the font used, the flames are just okay and the chile peppers look good in large print but not in small print. The final design should communicate mexican food and look good in both small and large print.

Nice to have

• We liked the chile peppers used in our previous logo but they don't transfer to small print well. Also, the use of the Organ Mountains here in Las Cruces would be nice. Either as a background or perhaps the outline of the mountains as the band that goes around a sombrero.
