Logo Design Brief

We're a small team. We're designing a game. I'm looking for a logo design for the company we created ("Majorspot Game Studio") that is simple, very memorable and possibly fits with our game (some screenshots attached so you can sense the theme). It's a real time strategy war game with a lot of realism,

We discussed logo ideas before, we like the idea of a pirate flag (https://hdqwalls.com/download/1600x1200/pirate-flag-skull) but no bones/skull, something more friendly (our audience is lots of teenagers). Although I am very open to suggestions, don't get boxed into this design if it isn't right or have a better idea. This is in no way a direction, I'm just sharing what we've discussed. We're a crew of friendly rebels and we're not afraid to show it.
