T-shirt Design Brief

Looking for a shirt design with the following for our event.

Our event is a river float, where people float down the river on intertubes. At night we have a music festival for country music.

I would like the design to have rats (see attached files for examples) floating down the river, with a country theme / american flags / red white and blue. We also want a drawing of our stage / speakers / lights on it (also attached)

Words to have on it are the following
"Parker Float - Country Festival 2018"
