Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a personal real estate agent image based in Costa Rica. I work with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Office, so the logo has to LOOK GOOD with their logo, but has to be DIFFERENT.
Even if is Costa Rica, the focus is on city properties, so the design should communicate seriousness, and luxury, but costa rican relax and peace vibe.
My target market are foreigners coming to Costa Rica from Latin America, United Estates and Europe to establish in the country.
In the logo, the "Real Estate" part has to go separate of the main "Pablo Gutiérrez" part.
As a reference among Real Estate I provide experience and support on anything related to establish in the country, such us legal, schools, among others.
