Business Card Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new non-profit that helps train teens on leadership development to help them become future leaders. The program trains them across cultures and countries to ultimately help with economic development and promoting peace. These teens are trained across the US, Africa, Asia and soon South America so truly global. I would like to see designs that evoke Learning, Peace, Leadership, International mindset ( maps?) etc. We need something that excites teens and their parents across many cultures and languages.
